The export share of total turnover is about 45%. We sell our consumer and industrial brands in 55 countries worldwide.
Around the Allgäu region
One of the most recognizable castles in the world, Neuschwanstein is located in the Allgäu. The castle was the inspiration for Walt Disney’s Sleeping Beauty castle in Disneyland.
The altitude of the Allgäu region is over 2000 meters (6500 ft) and is known for its many winter sports. The rich alpine grasses growing at this altitude provide a unique diet for the Swiss Brown Cow that makes the milk from the Allgäu so special.
