Less is more: About our natural production
Our motto when it comes to processing: keep it natural. That is why we largely forego the use of preservatives, stabilisers and artificial flavouring. All of our cheese are lactose- and gluten-free. The rennet used is not of animal origin, ensuring vegetarians can enjoy our products too.
